Our current production time is approximately 3-5 business days. Our manufacturing schedule is subject to change at any time without notice.
Shipping is typically several additional days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Will I receive a proof with my step and repeat or custom backdrop order?
If you would like a proof with your order please say so in the "Notes to Designer" section. As soon as we receive your order our design team will work on getting you a proof within 2 business days. We won't print and ship your backdrop until the proof meets your approval.
To ensure a timely design process make sure your images meet our file requirements.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns on any custom printed backdrops or custom banners, unless there is a defect in the manufacturing.
Does my backdrop come with a pole pocket?
Both the vinyl backdrops and fabric cloth backdrops all come standard with a sewn pole pocket across the top width of the backdrop. The diameter of the pole pocket is approximately 3 inches.
What size backdrop should I order?
The recommended size logo for a step and repeat backdrop for corporate or business backdrops is approximately 9-12" wide and 5-7 inches tall. This is just a recommendation and depending on your planned usage this can vary quite a bit.
When choosing your backdrop size, always choose a little bit larger than what you need at the moment. This will help so you are not photographing off the sides and will cut down your editing time tremendously. You should always plan for the unexpected!
What color is best for a step and repeat backdrop?
A solid white background is the most purchased color for the step and repeat or red carpet backdrop designs. The white background color will help your logo stand out.....they can easily get lost when using a busy or colored backdrop.
Should I order a vinyl or cloth backdrop?
Please see backdrop material options.
Are your vinyl backdrops glare free?
Vinyl backdrops have a semi-matte finish. Backdrops printed on this material will not produce as much glare as a high gloss material would. There is no such thing as a glare free vinyl but we think we have the closest glare free vinyl available to photographers.
